Editorial & information design

Two more ways I bring clarity to a page: a structured newsletter and a visual story built around research and statistics.

Wellness News newsletter featuring a blue masthead, wide photograph, and three-column article layout

Editorial / Newsletter design

Wellness News

A one-page newsletter for Roy’s Wellness Center. I organized the content into a three-column grid, balancing a prominent masthead and photograph with readable article sections.

My role & design decisions

My role: Layout, typography, color selection, image placement, hierarchy, spacing, and page organization.

Design decisions: A large blue masthead establishes the publication identity. The wide image introduces the feature, while repeated blue subheadings break up the article. Green accents connect the feature label and mission section to the branding.

Skills: Editorial design, grid systems, typography, branding consistency, and information organization.

My contribution is the newsletter design. Article credit: ChiroPlanet.com / ProfessionalPlanets.com LLC, as shown in the artwork.

Infographic / Information design

Mobile Technology Ownership

I organized research and statistics into a visual narrative, using numbered sections, charts, typography, and spacing to guide readers through trends and demographic comparisons.

My role & design decisions

My role: Information organization, layout, typography, graphic treatment, visual hierarchy, and presentation of research and statistics.

Design decisions: A headline and prominent statistic introduce the subject. The timeline establishes the overall trend before the lower sections explore demographic comparisons. Navy, teal, and gold distinguish information groups and create a consistent visual rhythm.

Skills: Information design, data visualization, hierarchy, typography, and communicating complex information visually.

My contribution is the infographic design and information presentation. Research citations appear in the artwork. Tech Crowd branding is part of the project context.
